I don't have my book handy to read the descriptor, but if the descriptor for the procedure does not specify it is a procedure that is bilateral, you put 19101 only once and then use modifier -50. In...

I would suggest reading the payers manual for how they want bilateral charges submitted. Most of the payers I deal with have different requirements.
